Booking & Payments

How do I book a session?

You can easily book your session through our online booking system. Just choose your preferred service, date, and time. Before payment, you’ll be asked to confirm our contract and policies.

Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my booking?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time. The remaining balance is due on or before your session day.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Zelle, and Cash App. All payments are processed securely online.

Can I reschedule my session?

Yes, you can reschedule your session once, provided you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

What if I need to cancel?

How early should I arrive for my session?

We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your session to get settled and review any final details.

What should I bring to my session?

Bring your outfits, props (if any), and anything that makes you feel comfortable or adds a personal touch to your photos.

Can I bring friends or family members with me?

Yes! We welcome guests, especially if they’re part of the shoot. However, we encourage keeping the space calm and distraction-free to ensure the best results.

Do you provide hair, makeup, or wardrobe services?

Makeup is available as an add-on service, subject to availability. A confirmation will be communicated regarding your chosen date.

Can I request a specific location for my shoot?

Yes! You can request a preferred indoor or outdoor location. Location fees, if applicable, will be discussed during the booking process.

Photos & Delivery

How long does it take to receive my photos?

Standard turnaround time is 14 business days. If you need them sooner, rush delivery options are available for an additional fee.

How will I receive my photos?

You’ll receive a secure online gallery link to view, download, and share your photos.

Do you offer prints or albums?

Yes, we offer prints, wall art, and premium photo albums based on request. Please contact us directly to place an order or discuss options.

Can I request retouching or edits after delivery?

Basic retouching is included for select services. Please check your service description for details. Additional editing requests can be made for a small fee per image.

Do you offer themed or seasonal shoots?
