At Blu Pebble Studio, we value your time and investment. This Refund and Cancellation Policy ensures clarity and fairness when booking a session with us. By booking with Blu Pebble Studio, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment, depending on the session type. Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with your session details.

2. Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your session, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations made within this window will be eligible for a full refund or session reschedule.

If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the session, a cancellation fee may apply or the payment may be forfeited at Blu Pebble Studio’s discretion.

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed only for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after approval.

No refunds will be provided for missed appointments or no-shows.

4. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule their session once at no cost if notice is given at least 48 hours before the appointment. For rescheduling within 48 hours, an additional fee may apply depending on studio availability.

5. Weather or Studio Emergencies

In the event of severe weather, power outages, or emergencies beyond our control, Blu Pebble Studio reserves the right to reschedule sessions. Clients will be contacted immediately and offered a new appointment date at no extra charge.

6. Gift Cards and Promotions

Gift cards, promotional sessions, or discounted offers are non-refundable but may be transferable to another individual or date at Blu Pebble Studio’s discretion.
